The Woman of the Year Award

Do you know a trailblazing woman who is already in an operational management role within a retail business? Or maybe this describes you. Then this is the award you need to enter.

This award is designed to celebrate brilliant  women working within an operational management role (such as Sales Manger / Director, Aftersales Manager / Director, Dealer Principles, Workshop Controllers etc.) in a retail organisation who is delivering exceptional results and destined to be a future leader. Our judges want to hear how they/you are motivating others and enacting real change in an organisation.

The Auto Trader Woman of the Year Award has been introduced to support the Automotive 30% Club’s ‘Project Moonshot’ initiative which aims to improve female representation in vital operational management roles.

 *Supporting content: To support your entry, you are welcome to upload a maximum of three documents (presentations, videos, spreadsheets, images etc.). Word documents must be limited to one page, five PowerPoint slides, two Excel worksheets, and a max. of 15 images. Entries that exceed the upload limit will be disqualified.
